Every year Sri Krishna Janmasthami and Mahashivaraathri are celebrated at this temple.

This temple is situated at the extreme end of the line of temples in this Mandir complex at Ambalamedu . The panoramic view of green valley and hill tops surrounding area is charming .The deitiy here is Sri Devaki carrying on her lap Shishu -roopi KrishnaBhagavan .
